Brassero Grill - Best Mexican Food in Braddock, PA

The vegan burrito was huge and delicious. It came with a large portion of chips and guacamole. The sauces were all vegan friendly and great as well. I don’t think you’ll find much better value for your money in Pittsburgh, it’s definitely the best Mexican food we’ve had. We’ll be coming back.

ONE YEAR LATER UPDATE: Quality is still amazing and I’m pleasantly surprised every time I try a new menu item. New photos are of the chorizo hash they do on Sunday for brunch! . . . I got to say - when you take a bite and taste the freshness of each ingredient it is worth every penny. This is a gem in the Braddock neighborhood. On top of that the ownership and employees are always courteous and helpful. I live in the area and will DEFINITELY be back!

I was working in the area and we stopped by for lunch. Never thought I would find a gem like this in Braddock. I would love for one of these to be in north side or the strip! Truly amazing.

This little “hole in the wall” spot blew our minds! The guacamole was fresh and the chips crispy! The presentation of the food was beautiful and tantalizing. The burrito itself was DELICIOUS. The service we received was warm and gracious even arriving 45 minutes before they closed. The atmosphere was calm and chill—they had a comfy lounge area with a big screen as well! 10/10 place to go to just chill with your group or stop for some quick eats. You won’t be disappointed! The second photo was my leftover bit of the burrito. So much yummy food for a good price!

This is our favorite spot for Mexican food, hands down! The food is delicious, made from scratch, and totally worth the wait! Highly recommend the bean dip and guac & chips while you wait. And whether you get tacos, a burrito, a quesadilla, or one of their Sunday brunch options (chillakillas or the chorizo hash) you can't go wrong! Not only are they delicious, but they reheat well too! And make sure to save room for churros!

I was visiting my aunt today in Pittsburgh and then hitting Kennywood and we found this little gem of a place. I CANNOT recommend this place enough! The food was amazing and the staff working there were extremely nice and very helpful. We’d never been and they explained everything in detail. The food was so fresh and delicious. It didn’t feel like we were in a restaurant but someone’s home cooking for us from the heart. My aunt lives about an hour from this place in Pittsburgh, but next time I visit we’re definitely going back. If you’re around the area give this place a shot, you won’t regret it.

I had such a great experience at Brassero Grill. This place is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the guys working there are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time stopping in. The food is seriously amazing—honestly, everything on the menu is fantastic. You can tell they put a lot of care into the quality and flavor of what they serve. Every time I’ve gone, the food has been fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. My personal favorite has to be the chicken quesadillas (without the spinach). They come with chips and guacamole, and it is truly one of the best quesadillas I have ever tasted. The chicken is perfectly cooked, the cheese is melted just right, and the flavor combination is incredible. Paired with their chips and guac, it’s the perfect meal. The portions are great, the flavors are authentic, and the overall experience is always top-notch. It’s one of those spots you find yourself craving because you know it’s going to be good every single time. If you’re anywhere near Braddock or the Pittsburgh area, I highly recommend stopping by and trying it for yourself. Great food, great people, and a place you’ll definitely want to come back to.
